On October 15, on the birthday of Mikhail Yuryevich Lermontov, an oak tree, a descendant of Peter the Great’s oak, was planted in the installation park near the Central Library named after the poet.<\/h4>\n

This tree is a monument of wildlife, thanks to which Yaroslavl was included in the interactive map of Russia of hereditary honorable seedlings.<\/h4>\n

Representatives of the administration of the Kirovsky and Leninsky districts of the Mayor’s Office of the city of Yaroslavl took part in planting the oak.<\/h4>\n
