The bunny that came to the Summer Garden last week inspired the subscriber Lyudmila Bagryanskaya to write a poem
\nWho would have thought, who would have known –
\nthe hare came running at night!<\/h4>\n

Along the Fontanka and along the Nevka,
\nthrough the fence, as if from a cage.
\nMaybe someone whispered to him
\nabout the desire to be in the garden –
\nthe only one, where are the roses? ..
\nNight, mild frosts.
\nAnd no footsteps are heard.
\nBut footprints in the fluffy snow
\nhare – like letters in a book!
\nAnd the iron fence pattern
\nslipped, hesitated as if …
\nDid your eyes fall into that age?
\nWho would be looking for gray
\neither remembered or waited…
\nWho would love him
\nas a creation of higher powers …
\nTurned around, looked
\neye gleamed like a coin.
\nThe hare is let into the unknown.
\nIn snowy thoughts, the area slumbers.<\/h4>\n
