Today, June 9, 2022, on the day of the 350th anniversary of Peter I, a solemn ceremony of planting a seedling from an oak tree from the Summer Garden was held at the Russian State Military Historical Archive as part of the All-Russian Oak Forest of Emperor Peter the Great campaign.

The ceremony was opened by the director of the RGVIA Priyutov A.V. and Deputy Director Zvereva I.V. The ceremony was attended by the Head of the Department of State Policy and Legal Regulation of the Federal Archival Agency Groshev A.V., Director of the Russian State Archive of Audio Documents Smilyanskaya M.I., Deputy Director for Research of the Museum of Technology Vadim Zadorozhny Khairulin M.A., employees of RGVIA and RGAFD.

After the solemn ceremony, the guests were shown documents from the RGVIA funds related to the personality of Peter I.
