In the Summer Garden on August 25, 2017 a meeting was held between the specialists of the gardens of the Russian Museum and the members of the Association of Estonian Arborists specializing in the care of green plantations of historical sites, private and public buildings and teachers of specialized schools in Estonia. The participants of the meeting had a sightseeing tour around the garden, highlighting the features of planting. Within the framework of the meeting, the experience of Estonian arborists was shared with arborists working in the gardens of the Russian Museum. In addition, experts from Estonia advised on improving activities in the field of treatment and conservation of old-growth trees, based on developments of European scientists in recent decades.
