GARDENS ARE READY FOR THE SUMMER SEASON, BUT STILL CLOSED WHILE
Due to the epidemiological situation this year, on May 1, the gardens of the Russian Museum will not open after drying … This happens in the history of our gardens for the second time only: The Summer Garden was not open only on the first May day of 1942. Then the military stood in the Summer Garden for a whole year. Now, on the eve of May 9, we will definitely remember this.
And, although our usual and beloved May holidays in Summer and Mikhailovsky will not take place this year, the gardens are fully prepared for the summer season – the garden maintenance department worked on this all spring. As soon as the ban is lifted, our gardens will meet you with their fresh greenery, flowers, birdsong and fountains.
In the meantime, we will introduce you to the past, present and future gardens of the Russian Museum. Stay tuned for our online resources.
Be healthy! We look forward to seeing you!
