A press screening for journalists was held in the Summer Garden. As a few days ago, the “International Bird Day”, which was celebrated last week, became an informational occasion.

The participants of the press show were shown how artificial tree nests are being replaced in the gardens of the Russian Museum. Arborist Roman Gabasov replaced the old birdhouse with a new titmouse. The head of the sector for the operation of the Summer Garden, Natalya Alekseevna Kuznetsova, told reporters what work is planned and is already taking place on the territory of the garden from April 1 to April 30. And the head of the sector for accounting and monitoring of green spaces, Zhukova Ekaterina Alekseevna, told which birds nest in the gardens and showed how nests of different birds look like.

The next meeting with the press is scheduled for the end of April, when the sculptures will be freed from winter crates – but that’s a completely different story.
