Joined the Program.

On the eve of September 1, one sapling grown from the acorn of the Peter the Great oak, a tree – a monument of wildlife, was handed over within the framework of the All-Russian Oak Forest of Emperor Peter the Great Program.

The chief curator of the gardens of the Russian Museum, Alexandra Alekseeva, presented the seedling to Anastasia Grishina, adviser to the director for education and interaction with children’s associations.

Today, in honor of the beginning of the school year, at the solemn line, the seedling will be planted near the walls of the Municipal Educational Institution “Nagornaya General Education School”, Lomonosov District, Leningrad Region.
