On October 20, within the framework of the program of the State Russian Museum “All-Russian oak grove of Emperor Peter the Great”, young oaks were planted on the school grounds, grown from the acorns of the oak that Peter I planted in the Summer Garden more than three hundred years ago.

The solemn landing was attended by:
– Acting head of the municipality, acting as chairman of the municipal council of the municipality Yuzhno-Primorskiy Yuri Borisovich Epifantsev;
– Head of the sector of social and cultural development of gardens of the Russian Museum Viktor Yurievich Melnikov;
– School director Svetlana Mikhailovna Kuksenko and 11th grade students who, under the guidance of biology teacher Irina Galaktionovna Khokhlova, became winners of the Biology and Art design competition held by the Russian Museum Department of the Russian Center for Museum Pedagogy and Children’s Creativity.
