On September 28, a historical event took place on the territory of the Republican Museum of Fine Arts, the Republic of Mari El – employees and its visitors planted another young oak tree, already the 250th in a row.

On the eve of the significant date, the 350th anniversary of the birth of Peter the Great, 350 oak trees will be planted in the Gardens of the Russian Museum.

The seedling was brought to Yoshkar-Ola by the General Director of the Russian Museum Vladimir Alexandrovich Gusev and the head of the department “Consulting and Methodological Center of Art Museums of the Russian Federation” Marina Gennadyevna Krasovitova.
